The gentle, rhythmic movement of Chi Kung reduces stress, builds stamina, increases vitality and enhances the immune system. 

Taught by Belinda whose progressive approach to Chi Kung incorporates classic styles with modern body mind and energy concepts.

Many people practice CHI KUNG to heal their bodies and reconnect to their spirit.
