The Tree of Balance workshop centres around creating more balance in our lives so that we may live more happily, more collaboratively and have greater effectiveness in our work.
The workshop involves a combination of discussion, both indoor and outdoor crafts, and the construction of your own ‘Tree of Balance’ to take home to help manage your time and energy.
This is an ideal workshop for anyone who wants a practical tool to help maintain good self-care intentions of the New Year! You may also make some new friends.
Run by facilitator, poet and counsellor Jasmine Cooray, the session takes place in a light, beautiful room with a nearby park. There is fee for materials, and light refreshment will be provided.
