Mary on the Green fundraiser - Linked to International Women’s Day 2012  

This IWD Workshop is for Women and Teenage Girls. There will be some gentle experiential games, discussion and demonstrations in a small, friendly group. Come and find out how you can learn to use the Alexander Technique in order to improve your performance, reduce discomfort and to help you fulfil your potential.
