Programmes, activities, and events provide essential opportunities for spiritual growth and exploration. They also offer opportunities for connection, for education, and simply for having fun together.
It is in small groups that we have the opportunity to interact with one another in ways that allow us to recognise and examine our own assumptions and perspectives in the light of the diverse views around us. Unless otherwise indicated, everyone is welcome at all events, activities, and programmes - most of these events are run free of charge (or for a small donation), but do click through to the event's own page for further details. Please confirm the event before travelling! Weekly ProgrammesNavadina - a choir of new voices

An Evening of Opera and Song at New Unity for Everyman Cancer Charity Come along to an evening of fun music (all very famous and rousing!) with four singers and a piano in the beautiful Unitarian church on Newington Green on Saturday 25th May at 19.30. Donation entry - Proceeds will go to Everyman cancer charity, so it will be for a good cause too!At Wit's End - An Evening With Oscar Levant Veteran New York actor Chuck Muckle stars in "At Wit's End," a bitterly funny and compelling one-man show. Muckle plays Oscar Levant, the second-banana co-star of classic films AN AMERICAN IN PARIS, THE BARKLEYS OF BROADWAY and THE BANDWAGON and the enfant terrible of radio and TV. In this show, Levant has returned to the stage after a period of institutionalization. As he shares celebrity anecdotes, biting musings and his sterling musicianship at the piano, we realize that performing may be the only joy that Levant possesses as he battles relentless inner demons. Chuck Muckle, who offers a tour de force performance as Oscar Levant, is a musical theatre veteran with extensive credits that include "Camelot" and "South Pacific" with Robert Goulet, and a tour of "A Christmas Carol" with John Astin. Friday, 14 June, 20:00 at Unity. |
