Day-long spiritual retreats focusing on deepening spiritual practice

Spiritual practice is as essential for our spiritual and emotional well-being as physical exercise is for our bodies. Many of us would like to go off on a 10-day silent retreat or for a week-long workshop. Unfortunately, our schedules (and our thin wallets) often make such extended sojourns impractical. The Day Retreat is your opportunity to experience an intensive spiritual retreat in a single day.

Day Retreats will be offered approximately once per month at Newington Green Unitarian Church, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. A vegan lunch will be provided. Admission (including lunch and other refreshments) is £5.
