Introduction to World Religions

What does it feel like to be a Hindu?
How is a Jewish world view different from a Christian one?
Is life as a Buddhist unusually serene?
What does it mean to be a Taoist?
How different is it to live as a Shiite vs a Sunni Muslim?

If these these questions intrigue you, come along!

This weekly programme, led by Rev. Andy, will run for approximately 14 weeks. The sessions provide introductory overviews to each of the major world religions. While history will be touched upon, the major emphasis will be on the lived experience of being a practitioner of particular religions - including beliefs, mythology, practice, etc. Some sessions will include guest speakers who can speak with authority from within particular religious traditions.

You may attend all or just some of the sessions. Registration is not required, but please do register below so we can inform you of any schedule changes and other World Religions news.
