Summary and Purpose of role

Newington Green Unitarian Church (NGUC) in Hackney has received a first round pass from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) for a major project, NGUC 2020 Recovering the Dissenters‘ Legacy at the Birthplace of British Feminism to improve the condition of the building and deliver increased heritage and community engagement. The Interim Community and Educational Activities Manager (iCEAM) will develop and prepare a robust and deliverable activity plan for the HLF Round 2 application.

Summary and purpose of role

Newington Green Unitarian Church (NGUC) in Hackney has received a first round pass from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) for a major project Recovering the Dissenters‘ Legacy at the Birthplace of British Feminism to improve the condition of the building and deliver increased heritage and community engagement. 

The Consultant will work with the Interim Community and Educational Activities Manager (iCEAM) to evaluate pilot activities in 2017 and assist in the development and preparation of a robust and deliverable activity plan for the HLF Round 2 application.
