GROOVE is a class that aims to get people dancing and expressing themselves through physical movement. It uses simple rhythms and steps so that you can focus on getting creative. There's no need to have any previous dance experience and hesitant GROOVErs are particularly encouraged to come! You can expect to break a sweat and have some fun!

This is an introductory class, so feedback for development is encouraged. You can dance in trainers or bare feet but be sure to wear some comfortable clothes. Bring plenty of water and maybe a few friends!
