A small group that provides a space for reflection, meditation and sharing, based on a different theme each month (previous themes have included 'forgiveness' and 'creativity'). This month's theme is 'acceptance'. Newcomers welcome.

The group is led by New Unity members Latrice Reid, Marta Pacini and Suzanne Cohen. It's open to anyone, regardless of beliefs, spiritual practices or lack thereof.

The sessions consist of a guided reflection on a specific theme, with quiet time for reflection. Participants are then invited to share their reflections, and there's time for an optional further discussion at the end. We also enjoy readings and (optional!) singing together. The sessions are rewardingly calm and reflective, and participants can expect to achieve greater self-understanding, inspiration and a deeper connection with other members of the group.
