A series of workshops on our ideas and experience of our spirit/soul

These sessions will be taking place on a number of dates, so if you can’t make this one then there are more to come. They will occur on 30th June, 28th July, 29th September, 20th October, 27th October, and 24th November. The time for those events will be 1pm to 3pm. These events are free of charge.

As part of her ongoing research, local artist Anton Mirto is facilitating creative workshops centred around finding ways for our soul/spirit to show up and/or be activated!

Through simple guided improvisations, movement, discussion, making and play, we will:

* Invigorate curiosity and re-connection with our inner self
* Support each other’s sense of unity, community and strength
* Explore self-expression, spontaneity and sensory awareness
* Look at what makes us feel most alive

Workshops are open to everyone from age 8 upwards. No previous experience necessary. Places are limited to 15.

Please note: It is possible to attend all sessions, however in some instances, priority may be given to those that have not attended before.

About the artist: My work is known for investigating universally shared subject matter & involving a range of people in research, process & presentation. I create safe environments for free expression & exploration, to acts that release & restore.
