‘Sustaining Ourselves in a Chaotic World’ (Bring-a-Friend Sunday) - Adam Slate, Minister-elect
During challenging and uncertain times, it can be hard to make room for the range of feelings that take hold of us so we can interact with others in a way that contributes to rather than chips away at our resilience. On this Sunday, we will look at the importance of lament, self-care, empathy, and nonviolent communication as we navigate a world that can often seem off-balance. This is Bring-a-Friend Sunday, so feel welcome to invite someone new to our community.
