A small group that provides a space for reflection, meditation and sharing, based on a different theme each month. This month's theme is 'identity'.

This group is led by New Unity members Latrice Reid, Marta Pacini and Suzanne Cohen. It's open to anyone, regardless of beliefs, spiritual practices or lack thereof.

After a guided reflection on our chosen theme, we have quiet time for reflection. Participants are then invited to share their reflections, and there's time for an optional further discussion at the end. We also enjoy readings and (optional!) singing together. Participants can expect to achieve greater self-understanding and a deeper connection with the other group members. Newcomers are always welcome.
